Building Community: Engaging and listening to stakeholders has been at the center of my work as the 9th Grade Success lead, Advisory Lead, AVID Coordinator, MEChA Advisor, and more.

Centering Kindness and Joy: Through a growth mindset and instructional coaching model based on the Center for Educational Leadership's approach, I provide high support to meet colleagues and students where their are at in their learning.
