Manage Public Health Nurses and Community Health Representatives. I go into homes to assess for needs of potential clients. The positions I oversee go into the homes of Southern Ute Indians and other Natives to assist with physical assessments, medication preparation, bathing, meals. Transportation to and from dialysis.

I have engaged my staff to learn how to do an assessment for dementia. I do public speaking on areas needed for the safety and well being of the tribe. Such as fall prevention, healthy eating habits.

Evaluations and payroll.

Working the the Ute Indians with knowledge of their cultural beliefs has been extremely rewarding.
