• Create Capital & Expense Purchase orders for the East half of the US
• Provide assistance to buyers and vendors for purchasing and accounting issues
• View and exam Reports daily/weekly

• Ensure all sales channels have adequate access to numbering resources for the Northeast Area in order to serve internal and external customers while still complying with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor and Forecast number availability by Rate Center for my assigned States

• Provide assistance to internal departments with releasing, and reserving numbers, as well as assist with LNP and reactivation issues.
• Manage and maintain inventory of phone numbers for Northeast Area Markets.

• SME for all Corporate and Regional employees for the Northeast Area.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures with the ability to effectively communicate and enforce compliance standards to employees.

• Process new applications for potential and existing customers.
• Review credit applications, complete upgrades, and process price plan changes for Indirect and Direct Agents.
• Provide assistance and training to co-workers and new hire's
• Special Teams.
• Bank Team- Evaluated applications for potential new business accounts utilizing business credit bureaus and financial Institutions.
• Relocations Team-Assist customers with transferring cellular service between Verizon Wireless Markets and/or billing systems.
• Bankruptcy Review- Provide security deposit review for consumer and business bankruptcy accounts.

• Assist with OMNI channel processes- BOPIS (buy online, pick up in store) and SFS (Ship from Store)

• Participate in the AD set process -organizing and setting the AD on scheduled Sundays.

• Participate in truck un-load and stocking processes and participate in the planogram process

• Help customers shop and find what they are looking for. Deliver friendly customer service

• Acknowledge customers, help locate product and provide solutions

• Receive in Shipment -unpacking, folding and stocking back room and sales floor
• Monthly floor sets
• In-store Shipping- Pull stock and ship orders
• Cashier- performing customer purchases and returns

• Design arrangements and coordinate orders.
• Responsible for monthly billing to all wire services and personal accounts.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve problems.
• Manage the store periodically and close regularly.

• Clean and organize glassware in four separate labs.
• Clerical work, including document filing and paging reports.
