Outdoor education, skiing/cycling, writing, travel

Have actively promoted outdoor, experiential education for students both short term and long term, from starting a mountain program at a boarding school, to organizing day long team-building trips to the beach.

As a student I participated in opportunities for semesters "abroad" (away from school). As an adult I have been active in the outdoors and participated in wilderness educational experiences.

I am an avid skier and cyclist, I write regularly (currently working on a children's book!) and I love to travel both near and far.
