As the President of Unstoppable Women in Business, I provided sales training and coaching for women running online businesses. The primary delivery model was through a 6-month, small group program, The Success Collaborative.
There were four key pillars that were the focus of our program:
- Creating a business model that was achievable and repeatable. This included revenue strategies, pricing, products and program identification, sales and marketing strategies.
- Developing customer-centric messaging based on StoryBrand framework.
- Teaching how create sales and marketing collateral to promote their businesses using the new messaging format.
- Create and monitor funnels for lead generation and sales events. Helping our clients understand the buyer's journey and how to identify where the ideal client was and how to move them further through their funnel.
