  • As of September 2023, I managed two branches, Orange, and Milford. Integrating the Orange customers into a smooth transition to stay with the Bank and to start using the Milford office, due to the need to close the Orange branch. The Orange branch balance at the start of my dual role was $26 million, and by the end of April 2024, when the branch closed, the balance was up to $34 million.

Hosted a 'Shred Day' event, allowing everyone in town to shred sensitive material in a professional and secure fashion, as well as offering free pizza and snacks in the Milford branch parking lot.
