I am familiar with the Semester At Sea medical team responsibilities because I was a Physician Assistant on board the 2005 summer voyage. Dr Rich Wald and I were the health care providers to the students, and senior passengers.


In addition to patient care, I worked in coordination with mental health providers, Resident Counselors, faculty, and crew. In this position I provided both day and night coverage.

Prior to that 1981-83 I was employed at Philadelphia Geriatric Center. Prior to that 1975-81 I was employed as a Hospitalist in North Charles General Hospital, Baltimore MD.
