• Responsible for running all Dry Granulation equipment, e.g. the Gerteis, Bohle Blenders, Flexsift/Comils,and the WP120. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions quickly to minimize disruptions in production schedules.

• Operated a mule and delivered product and gondolas to work areas as needed. Collected and delivered empty gondolas as needed.
• Ran product through colt washers and barrels. Measured and added chemicals as specified.

Inspector:

• Visually inspected product and implemented various tests to verify no damage was found and pieces were within specs.

Machine Specialist:

• Operated charging machine.
• Utilized proper tools and made minor adjustments, replaced broken punches, dies and parts, etc.
• Measured product with caliper and used calibrated equipment to weigh powder samples and recorded all results. Made adjustments as needed.
• Managed hopper threshold with product to maintain parts per minute.
• Provided comprehensive training for new operators, ensuring proper use and care of equipment while boosting overall productivity levels.
• Returned to standard using 5S method at the end of every shift.
