• Directly assist both the Vice President and Director of Events in promoting, selling, and coordinating all venue rentals at the Witte Museum.
• Answer phone calls and relay booking information to clients and conduct initial and follow-up site tours.
• Management of event client files including, but not limited to, contracts, invoices, deposits and all relevant event paperwork.
• Oversee all event details and be on site for client tours and event planning appointments with their caterers and other vendors.
• On site and present during the entirety of the event load in and event load out to assist clients with event logistics and vendors in the venue space.
• Provides logistical support for internal museum events such as member parties, donor receptions and annual museum fundraisers.
• Proficient in event diagramming software with the ability to create detailed event schematics and floor-plan diagrams.
• Able to communicate effectively and very strongly with a wide range of people at all times in any given circumstance.
