Maintain accounts from going over 30 days past due. Work on all loan types: Auto, Signature, Mortgage, Home Equity and Credit Cards. Credit Disputes: If the reporting is incorrect on the customer credit report I go in and make the proper correction on E Oscar. Call Center Representative: Answer daily phone calls from members wanting their daily balance, wanting to know history on their account, transfer money, order checks, cancel debit cards due to be lost or stolen, increase debit card limits, cross sell products, answer any questions members might have regarding the Credit Union. Take loan applications over the phone for Auto, Signature and Credit Cards, and prepare loan documents for closing.

  • Branch Marketing Specialist, CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, Works with Corporate Department Heads Onboarding Loan Originators ensuring successful integration to CrossCountry Mortgage's mission, values, and brand intricacies., Train Loan Officers to manage their client database and the marketing strategies of segmented audiences, Manage email campaigns through Total Expert with graphic design of branded channel content., Partnered with the corporate marketing team to ensure produced materials meet all industry-related compliance requirements/regulation., Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support mortgage product sales., Maintain and enhance the organization's brand image, ensuring it aligns with the company's mission and values., Regularly monitor and analyze marketing performance., Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Salesforce, Total Expert and LO 1., Cultivate strong relationships with realtors and business partners by setting up Lunch & Learns, and Special Community Events, while working Open Houses representing CrossCountry/Loan Officer(s)., Attend weekly team meetings (for business and fun!), Build and promote the Branch/Loan Officers, drive sales and promote overall ownership and accountability for Branch/Loan Officer success., Immerses in the community by leading and supporting the Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce community related initiatives and events in order to build brand awareness in our local areas., Conducts branch meetings with staff to communicate issues, review product knowledge, set goals, communicate sales results, provide recognition and skill review.
  • Real Estate Recruiter/Leads Manager, Coco, Early & Associates, Contact real estate agents to communicate the benefits of joining our team; articulate value proposition, and compensation plans when appropriate. Use phone calls, emails, text messages, social media, and direct mail., Work with management to lead strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high producing agents and teams to the office. Use CRM, Broker Metrics, social media, and online resources to target agents to contact, as well as build and manage candidate pipeline., Pre-interview over the phone and/or in-person to qualify candidates to present to Office Managers and/or Designated Broker., Gather competitive intelligence on competing companies to better understand how to sell the Coco, Early value proposition., Strategically partner with company management to recruit, schedule appointments, interview and provide candidate information., Offer input into hiring candidates and making hiring decisions., Schedule potential agent recruitment appointments for yourself and with Office Managers and/or Designated Broker and maintain recruiting records as needed., A lead would come in from anyone who happened to register on our Coco, Early & Associates website or spoke in chat with the Ready to Chat Operator regarding looking to purchase a home, listing their home, speaking with an agent to have a current market analyst done on their home, interested in real estate classes, or working at Coco, Early & Associates. After speaking with the individual, I would assign the lead to a real estate agent, or the real estate class teacher, or I would work with them if they were looking to work for the company. I would update the CRM per phone conversation, email, or text message, follow up on the leads with the realtors and keep track of the lead's status.
  • Post Closing, Commonwealth Mortgage, Shipping Mortgage Notes to the Warehouse, Upload loans to Investors, Shipping Allonge to the Warehouse to release to the Investor, Advance Request and Funding Package to the Warehouse Website., Funding Loans by working on any conditions required by the Investor to have the loan purchased., Dispute any charges with the Investor that might be on the Purchase Agreement to be reimbursed to the company., Upload Purchase Advice information onto the Warehouse Website., Prior to submitting a complete loan package to an Investor for purchase, work with staff for any corrections and or missing documentation that is needed and work with outside vendors, and settlement agents in collecting required documents related to the closing documents and collateral files., Coordinate with internal and external parties in obtaining missing and/or required documentation., Ensure that all documents are executed completely and properly, with accurate data and required signatures where applicable (including but not limited to original note, Deed of Trust, Closing Disclosure, appraisals, title policies, budgets, etc.), Request/Review all final documents, i.e. recorded Deed of Trust and final Title Policy., Scan to Encompass and deliver the final documents to the Investor.
