  • Kept track of all job correspondence emails, Drop Box links, email attachments, data uploads and downloads from Client/Property Contact along with saving documents and relevant emails to project job files.
  • Tracked progress of project statuses with Excel workbook, including Team member assignments, documenting due diligence request dates and follow-up emails, dates that inspections were scheduled and completed, Team research due dates, in house review due dates, and job completion due dates.
  • Received Lead Appraiser's voice mails and transcribed messages to email to notify appraiser of questions or issues with completed reports.
  • Took care of email notices and renewed/current certificates from company's appraisal licensing department for Lead Appraiser's licenses in all 50 states. Kept track of and updated those valid and expiring licenses on various appraisal bid websites and through Client banking institutions.
