  • Coordinated end-to-end delivery of a delayed Stellantis program, managing stakeholders across OBD, Drivability & Emissions, garages, test labs, shipping, external vendors, and clients for ordering, building, and modifying 100+ test vehicles.
  • Authored and reviewed controller build documents (production & development using ETK/XETK) and provided technical direction to garages to ensure development/mule vehicles met test requirements.
  • Managed the Service Calibration Release program: onboarded and led a new cross-functional team, created and executed team and test plans, and tracked milestones to meet tight deadlines.
