  • Reviews and analyzes sensitive budget related issues due to the multi-fund compliment of special and general funds by oversight of proper fee collection to support program activities; provides position cost information for Budget Change Proposal (BCPs), and inquiries from legislature identifying consequences, alternatives and recommendations; maintains all records and responds to inquiries regarding the Export program.
  • Plans, organizes, directs and reviews program support activities for the home medical device retailer, exemptee, medical device drug, and cosmetic manufacturing programs. Assures receipt of all data necessary to complete the licensing process including inspection reports, citation letters, applications and applicable fees.
  • Oversees completion of the annual legislative report for the status of the Drug and Device Safety Fund. Oversees coordination of program related emails, controlled correspondence responses, and Public Records Act requests.
  • Serves as a project lead in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant internal licensing program stakeholders. Regularly analyzes licensing process improvements using Lean process mapping methods.
  • Acts as FDB’s primary point of contact for all work order requests from licensing programs, investigates viability and impact of the request and communicates with the database vendor for implementation. Tracks hours of database vendor to ensure proper accounting of work being performed
