I answered phone calls and spoke with people who wanted to change phone carriers and move to Patriot Mobile. I was always complimented on the sound of my voice and the respect I gave the customer. I sold many lines and built a positive relationship with customers. If they had a problem or just needed information, they would call me directly because they trusted me.

At times, the callers were very angry members who were upset with different situations. It was important to get those members calmed down before I could transfer them to the correct department to take care of them.

I had a customer call in, and her daughter started screaming, so I asked if we needed to talk later, and she told me that she was autistic and didn't know how to handle the situation, which had been getting worse for weeks. I asked her about equine therapy, and she said she would love that but didn't know how to find someone. I knew someone who did that and asked if I could give them her name and phone number, and was told yes. I made the connection, and they met halfway, and my friend showed her how to do equine therapy with her daughter and gave her his number if she had any questions.
