Responsible for logistic management and oversight of all materials and equipment originating from partnering institutions abroad. Supervision of logistics team engaged in the movement and storage of materials destined for LBNF/DUNE project site. Oversee sub-contracts, verifies invoicing, and tracks deliverables. Creates, reviews, and maintains all documentation, ensuring accuracy and the data is recorded in appropriate systems. Tracks logistics processes and procedures required to import and export materials and finished goods in compliance with federal, state, local, and DOE regulations. Participates in project meetings communicating department goals and direction through public presentations. Integrates software solutions to improve data management and maintain accurate tracking processes. Act as liaison to national and international stakeholders.

Member of team excavating caverns. Oversaw the transition and implementation of three key management software programs tracking inventory, resource hours/locations, and payroll. Provided training and strategic planning.

Management of warehousing, distribution, and fleet deliveries for underground research facility. Prepared and assisted with new warehouse layout and transfer of materials to new site. Liaison to scientists/project managers.

Day to day operation of cattle ranch. Equipment operation, accounting, business planning, startegic resource management, human resources, tax planning.

Team member responsible for drilling thirteen 2400-meter bore holes in ice using high-pressure hot water drill. Specific duties included camp set-up, equipment operation, deployment of neutrino detecting instruments, drill tower monitoring in command center.

Certified hazardous goods for transport on aircraft and vessel. Maintained accurate inventory records of all managed materials, including detailed arrival and delivery logs. Coordinated shipments for ship off-load.

Air Transportation Specialist I &II

Crew lead responsible for cargo movement of scientific equipment and construction materials destined for South Pole and field camps. Worked with New York Air National Guard to coordinate cargo offload/upload activities for all arriving LC-130, C-141, & C-17 military aircraft.

Inventory Control Specialist

Responsible for unloading, receiving, storage and delivery of all incoming materials and supplies for South Pole Station.

Supervisor & Equipment Operator, Waste Management

Developed & delivered environmental safety briefings for incoming scientists and support personnel at McMurdo Station. Operation of all departmental equipment and machinery, including front-end loaders, industrial wood grinder, and metal baler, welder. Provided logistical support for ship off-load.
