My father has had his own construction company since I was a little boy. We have built a few houses from the ground up including a few of his own. Foundation and rebar work, walls and electrical, installing doors and windows, installing appliances, roofing and insulation.

• Performed general maintenance on pools, jacuzzis, splashpads, some plumbing such as replacing ABS or PVC pipe, clearing drains, ordering pool chemicals and fixing pool motors, making sure the pools were clean and learned how to make sure the PH in the pools were balanced and correct.
• Learned some more about electrical, replacing wall outlets, thermostats, and troubleshooting problems with guests' TVs.
• Some of my tasks included walking the property at night, making sure everything had worked, turning on and off water features such as fountains, ponds and waterfalls, and whenever the front desk needed me to do a room call.

• Customer Service - Ganahl certified on all the tools needed to work properly such as forklifts. pallet jacks, table saws, panel saw, and radial arm saws to take custom cuts for customers helping customers load up materials into their vehicles, restocking products when stock was low.
• Load Builder - building loads of lumber with the forklift and checking them to make sure everything was there before going out for delivery. When the load was all together, we used plastic wrap for the pallets of material and cloth or plastic banding straps to keep the lumber loads right for roll offs. On slow days (no loads for me to build) I would go up and help customer service, go on small deliveries, help the door and window department, help associates in will call, assist shipping and receiving to put away stock or do paperwork.
• Shipping and Receiving- Use the forklifts to offload pallets, lumber units, doors and windows, and other custom orders from box trucks and flatbeds. Checking the POs to make sure everything that was supposed to come in was there and flagging damaged material, sorting and rotating stock consolidating them and putting them away. Also trained new hires for all of the above,

• Cashier- Promoted customer loyalty and consistent sales by delivering friendly and knowledgeable assistance, greeted everyone that came and left, worked flexible schedules to meet business needs, performed cash, check, and credit transactions to complete customers purchases.
• Dish Washer- washed dishes, restocked them when they were clean.
• Busboy- removed dirty dishes from tables, sanitized booths and tables to reset them for the next customers, restocked the condiments, sometimes helped bring food orders out and filled up water and coffee as needed. Always looked for more efficient ways to complete tasks.

• Toyota T10 Trade school- learned how to work on cars and trucks, basic knowledge (oil changes, tire rotations, brakes ect.) and some electrical circuits
