Led team of 3 that managed top 35 product categories of $43.5M in revenue rolling 12 months from 12 marketplaces; designed and created KPIs in Power-BI to monitor day-to-day business performance in areas of sales, returns, inventory turns and profitability.
Successfully created Macro module in Access to convert collision industry catalog into ACES and PIES for NexPart, which represents 5% of company’s rolling-12-month revenue, and run monthly updates to manage SKU creation, supersessions, and ACES application extensions, so that broader coverage can be achieved with less SKU count.
Developed Macro process in Access and guided team to use it daily to manage vendors’ new product announcements and quotations, and identify SKU additions, modifications, and financial impacts.
