· Served as an intern in information technology, customer experience and finance to support departmental projects.
· Set up employee workstations including monitors, docking stations, cameras, keyboards, mice, and all necessary connections.
· Learned about servers, networks, firewalls, routers, cybersecurity, programming, and ethical hacking.
· Responded to a global outage of CrowdStrike which resulted in major issues to devices, networks, servers, and security. Provided support to restore equipment to normal operating capacity.
· Provide support for helpdesk tickets to troubleshoot and resolve employee IT issues.
· Created and ran codes to access other devices.
· Closed out invoices by researching related records, opening communication files, documenting total costs of fixed assets, and closing fixed assets.
· Analyzed customer survey data to create a slide deck to provide insight into customer relationships and identify areas for improvement.
