Assist and support the Life Enrichment Director in planning activities for memory care residents at various stages of disease progression which educate, enhance physical and cognitive skills, and promote socialization.

Lead activities of groups of between 2 to 30 residents. Activities include but are not limited to reminiscing, brain games, arts and crafts, cooking demonstrations, and more. Also perform one-on-one visits with residents doing activities that align with resident's stage of disease progression and personal preferences.

Record daily activity participation for each resident and report observed physical, mental, or emotional changes.

Assist in setting up dining area for meals and transporting residents.
