My responsibilities as a teacher were to provide instruction to first grade and fourth grade children in all subject areas. My classes consisted of students grouped for struggling learners with academic challenges for several years (possible IEP candidates) and then students that were grouped based on high achievement performance (possible gifted / talented students) for my three years in fourth grade.
