*Prepared schedule for the next weeks appointments.

*Ordered appropriate lab work that was required for upcoming

appointments.

*Assisted Provider with gynecological exams and set up the

room for exam.

*Helped to cover other clinics when assigned.

*Removed voicemails from telephone and noted in the chart what

the patient was asking for and forward message to appropriate

person for their review and/or order what is needed.

*Responded to email messages from patients and responded to them or forward to the Provider for review and recommendations

and send a response to the patient.

*Give immunizations as ordered by Provider and charted such in

chart.
