Responsibilities also included oversight of the Bank’s Information Technology, Deposit Operations and Branch Administration. As a primary liaison with the regulatory community on behalf of the Bank, Ms. Salls regularly communicated and interacted with the Texas Department of Banking and the FDIC. She also facilitated quarterly updates for the Bank’s 500+ shareholders. Ms. Salls’ tenure ended by mutual agreement one year following the sale of Oakwood to b1BANK.

Key member of executive team coordinating SharePlus’ charter conversion from federal thrift to state-chartered commercial bank.
