Advocated for employee's who's primary language is not English Requested documents for our patients that did not speak English. I handled the process from beginning to end. Be Safe in Spanish and other languages-Currently working on Trying to get our Be Safe platform in multiple languages so that our employee's whom English is not the primary language can report Be Safe events without having to have someone else access the system. This in hopes that we get accurate Be Safe numbers and that we ensure that our non-English speaking employee's are just as safe as our English speaking employees.
Gardening
Avid gardener that enjoys a good challenge with clay soil and so far I've been pretty successful. It's been a long road of learning what works best at my home, but with many failures and more successes I've almost figured it out.
