Plante Moran is the 11th largest accounting and management consulting firm in the U.S. The company practices in the areas of audit and accounting, tax, wealth management, consulting and international financial services.

• Collaborated on projects for various groups in Plante Moran. Each group has its own client facing applications, websites and internal processes and workflows. Worked with stakeholders to understand their needs and business requirements and helped design and provide specific solutions to improve their efficiencies.
• Worked on enhancements to existing applications to help deliver better interfaces, fix issues and provide an overall better user experience.
• As a liaison between solution architect/development team, workstream leads, project sponsor(s) and vendor, ensured my team was always updated regarding the progress and timeline of my projects.
• Took lead on requirement elicitation, documenting processes and prioritizing backlog items, reviewing gaps and issues, providing solutions and fixes, developing and executing test plans and conducting user acceptance testing. Also performed system, regression and functional testing as required.
• Helped create dashboards and reports and provided analysis in consumable and easy to understand formats for the end users using Power BI. .
• Authored user guides and playbooks and created templates and flowcharts (using MS Visio) for firm wide use.
• Facilitated the Business Analyst Center of Excellence.

NAMTG provides best in class reliable services related to health care system that reduces the management costs and saves time enabling doctors to focus more on patients' health. As an intern, participated in requirements and test case review sessions.

• Identified and documented test scenarios and tested modules like Patient Management, Doctor, Admin and Insurance Claims.
• Used defect tracking system to report bugs found at different stages of testing.
• Executed SQL queries to retrieve data and for data validation.
• Developed automation scripts and performed functional and regression testing using HP UFT.

CIFCL is the financial services arm of Murugappa Group offering vehicle finance, home loans, home equity loans, SME loans and other services to customers

• Launched nationwide, the High-Performance Drive (Hiper Drive I & II) campaigns which included restructuring of certain business process including sales, credit and operations.
• Responsible for the successful completion of piloting these initiatives and then helped roll it out to across 500 plus branches Pan India.
• Regularly monitored the performance of these initiatives, troubleshooting when needed and presenting the progress of deliverables to the management teams.
• As part of the project, worked on mobile application development for loan processing.
• Planned and implemented a country wide movement into mobile phones as the POS device aimed at faster customer service, quicker loan processing and improved productivity.
• Prepared user manuals and guides for mobile apps loan processing used for training the sales team.

The company provides products and engineering services such as testing & commissioning, erection of power plants, maintenance and supervision of sub stations and power plants to domestic and international clients.

• Evaluated and implemented and analysis new and improved salary system including various modules like modules Time logging, Salary structure, Salary calculation, Time reporting and Retrieving paystubs.
• Tracked project deadlines and presented reports on the progress of the projects.
• As part of HR project and initiatives, compiled market data and presented to managers for use at job fairs.
• Established standards and templates for new hires.
