• Participated in a mental health clinical rotation, supporting patient care, and observing therapeutic interventions.

• Delivered direct patient care on a 22-bed cardiovascular unit in collaboration with registered nurses and physicians.
• Monitored and documented vital signs for up to 10–12 patients per shift, including blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and temperature.
• Assisted with patient mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ADLs, ensuring fall prevention, and patient safety.
