Travel to client´s homes to complete healthcare servies and promote continuity of care. Assisted clients with needs by supporting independence. Run client´s errands and provide transportation/company to appointments as needed. Administer medications as directed by physician. Completed daily notes with changes and tasks completed. Assisted with ADL´s, made meals, took vitals, completed PT exercises. Took care of client´s house by doing daily cleaning/tidying. Fed, cleaned and provided company for client´s pets. Communicate daily with client´s family members and POA.

Clean and disinfect bedrooms, bathrooms by scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, dusting, and cleaning windows. Assist with washing dishes and laundry. Respond appropriately to individual special cleaning requests - set up appointments based on when the customer would like to have house cleaned.

Change diapers of infants and toddlers and put children down for naps. Help around the house with kitchen clean-ups, general tidying, and family laundry. Recognized for maintaining safe environment with children and providing activities to support learning and encourage fun. Provide constant presence for children's safety. Conduct fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. Prepare food and feed children for meals. Provide transportation for children as needed to activities/events.

Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning patient rooms & changing sheets on beds. Pass out residents medications

Monitor patient condition by recording vitals including blood pressure, respiration rates, and body temperature.

Help residents with daily living tasks including feeding, dressing, and personal hygiene. Support patients with daily activities - hygiene, transporting patients, and assisting them in walking and exercising. Worked alongside dining room personnel to ensure that patients received the correct meals and that all residents were able to eat. Participated in fun group activities with patients to boost mood, improve overall memory, and provide entertainment.

Disinfected & mopped bathrooms to keep facility clean and sanitary. Vacuumed floors, dusted offices, cleaned all high-touched surfaces. Emptied garbage & restocked supplies

Followed guidelines to offer best care to all children during after school hours. Led children through both structured and informal activities throughout the hours after school. Built relationships with students by earning their trust. Supervised in the cafeteria while meals were served and the students were eating. Observed the students playing outside and ensured their safety at all times.
