Employee of the month for front of house crew and was then promoted to a serving position.

• At this workplace, it was very easy to learn the routines of serving customers and how to accompany them the best as possible. Because I was serving the same customers weekly, I was able to form connections with customers and could eventually remember their daily order by their friendly face. Aside from making delicious coffees, these are some of my other responsibilities:
• Preparing snacks and lunches
• Cashier
• Stocking
• Inventory
• Decorations/Promotional displays
• Cleaning
