Direct all youth and educational program operations:

• Establish annual youth and educational program goals and work plans for three high school youth programs, educational farm tours, school partnerships, and alumni engagement programs
• Manage program design, curriculum development, and program quality
• Direct implementation of curriculum for each program

Support farm and food access programs:

• Co-Lead community members through agricultural tasks on the farm during volunteer days
• Co-Lead food distribution program, Hojas, by working with community food leaders to create networks for distribution

Supervise youth & educational program staff:

• Support professional development
• Coordinate and communicate key organizational information and processes through regular team meetings

Organizational leadership:

• Represent youth programs team in director meetings; advise senior leadership on decisions impacting programs
• Design and lead activities/meetings that support a joyful and collaborative culture across the organization

• Co-created, co-led food distribution program across multiple languages and cultures
• Co-facilitated intergenerational activities with youth and community leaders
• Co-created and lead implementation of youth community engagement program
• Established warm, energetic environment for youth to create and connect with one another, their communities, and our collective community
• Co-led efforts to reach over 1,000 households annually and nurture roots by hosting in-person/virtual community meetings, tours, workshops

• Sought out local grantees and co-lead projects to encourage office community engagement

• Taught individuals as well as groups through contracted work at public schools
