Was responsible for the care, feeding, and cleaning of pet while home owner was out of town. Was required to stop by and let the dog out, feed, and provide exercise for the dog several times per day and report to the pet owner periodically about her pet's well being and any concerns that had arisen. I was responsible for bringing mail and packages from the porch inside as needed during my visits.
I have volunteered in my mother's classroom for years where she is a certified special education teacher / autism specialist (M.Ed. in Special Education / Applied Behavior Analysis) and have a younger sister who has autism. I have also volunteered for the AHISD Summer School program and supported students who have IEPs that support their disabilities.
