FadeMasters by Tito is a barbershop, I am a co-owner. I manage this business from updating licenses to satisfying customers to meet their needs. Like building a google profile to make the business accessible, social media platforms, communicating frequently with the customers via phone or social media messaging. Another one of my duties is building a good rapport with customers, so they continue to come back is very vital to the business!

My responsibilities for this job was maintaining a clean, sanitary environment for customers to enjoy their meals. Being informative of the menu and food and beverages being served to them. While making their experience enjoyable by providing above and beyond customer service!

I created a fun, friendly environment for the customers and the tourists coming to visit the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores, AL!! While providing information about the city, and making memories with customers. Serving fresh seafood and burgers with live music and entertainment made it worth every second! During my time here I was a seasonal employee.

Working at Claire’s my job consisted of upselling products to meet company goals. Opening and closing the store, rearranging products on sales floor to meet district and regional standards. Prioritizing shipments, ear piercings, making sure customers were informed on sales, deals, and what’s new. Cash counting twice daily with bank deposits every night. Updating signs and promotions. Problem solving, diffusing situations or misunderstandings. And also, building relationships with our customers bringing in regular, frequent customers!

Being a stocker my job consisted of organizing products on the sales floor neatly and presentable. Assisting and guiding customers to correct products they are in need of. Moving older products to the front and newer products to the back. Providing a friendly atmosphere for customers to feel welcome in their shopping experience.
