• -Cutting corner sections down when needed due to the tendencies of most structures do not have perfectly straight walls hence the variances of ending points

• -Inspect every breast and make a decision on if it would pass usda, or if it needs to be sent back due to defect, or blemish that would affect the quality of the meat to get through.
