- Cutting trim pieces normally called scribe and in some cases actually scribing to fit when no other option is available

- Communicating with the teams to make sure everyone is using the same placement on handles in multiple rooms and more than one crew is in a home.

- Loading and offloading of materials protecting walls with cardboard to prevent damage

- Custom drilling, clusters, individual shelves, entire panels (normally with an old panel as a jig to make things go faster, but can also do by hand given the time.)

- Custom routing for lighting and routing panels or datoing to make a channel for cords

- Hampers, and pulldowns

- Mirror installation

- Hidden doors (sliders)

- Installing locks on doors or drawers when needed

- Keeping a consistent pace, and completing jobs within a given date

- Owning my own tools and maintaining them

- Checking with designers when things need to be changed or something they missed when measuring
