• Collaborating with faculty on a National Institute of Justice (NIJ)-funded research project examining the intersections of jail incarceration, poverty, and domestic violence in Eastern and Central Washington.
• Conducting independent qualitative data analysis for master’s thesis; expected completion in Fall 2025.
• Trained in quantitative research methods, including statistical data analysis and interpretation.
• Experienced in qualitative methodologies such as in-depth interviews and ethnographic research, with a focus on underserved and marginalized communities.

• Checked assignments, proctored tests, and provided grades according to university standards.
• Developed strong rapport with students through open communication channels, fostering an inclusive learning environment.

• Wrote Taycor Financial's first Office Procedural Manual designed to streamline and automate office operations.

• Trained 20+ people company wide from Operations to Executive level on varying systems from CRM to Accounting software.
• Assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members.

• Taught and supported 40 students per week in order to promote their constant growth.
• Evaluated and revised lesson plans and course content to facilitate and moderate classroom discussions and activities.
