Shared Governance Committee

A selective group of nurses who come together once a month to help change and/or make hospital improvements by proposing recommendations on issues. We discuss ways to improve and prevent patient falls, nurse-to-nurse intervention, report between nurses, communication between RNs and NAs, creating motivating posters for the hallways, and education on the newest technology coming to the hospital.
