I am a determined and dedicated worker with a strong passion for continuous learning and self-improvement. I thrive in environments where I can observe and learn from others with different work ethics, using these experiences to enhance my own skills and broaden my professional knowledge. My commitment to excellence drives me to be the best in my role, always striving to improve my performance and contribute positively to my team and organization. I am eager to take on new challenges, develop my abilities, and support the growth of those around me.
During my time at Pecan Lake Entertainment, I have held several roles. I started in admissions, where I was responsible for selling tickets to various attractions, focusing on excellent customer service, time efficiency, and teamwork. I was then promoted to event sales, where my current responsibilities include responding to leads promptly, creating customized event proposals based on client needs, and ensuring each event runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, I have managed the cash handling process, including counting money, recording it in Excel, and making bank deposits. This experience has enhanced my skills in money management and financial oversight.
During my time at Ace Hardware, I gained valuable life skills that were new to me. I learned how to navigate the store and assist customers in selecting the materials they needed for their projects, always striving to offer helpful and efficient service. As a cashier, my responsibilities included counting my cash drawer at the beginning of each shift, providing excellent customer service, processing transactions quickly, and reconciling the drawer at the end of the day.
As a sales associate at Tillys, my role involved approaching customers to understand their needs, assisting them in finding clothing that suited their style and comfort, and building lasting relationships with them. I was also responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining organization, creating product displays on the sales floor, and conducting inventory counts.
Organized, Management experience, Respectful, Fast learner
During my time as a volunteer at Sun Valley Community Church, I worked with grade school children. My responsibilities included helping to prepare weekly plans, supervising the kids, learning dance routines for their worship time, and more. Currently, I volunteer at Mountain View Church in the café, where I’ve been for nearly two years. I enjoy bringing a positive energy to the church each day, and I love brainstorming new, fun ideas for the team. The team I work with is incredible—they listen to each other, support one another, and help each other grow through different life stages.
