. Preparation of interim payment certificate (IPC)

. Preparation of takeoff quantity as per as built drawing for final bills

. Perform cost analysis for facility management and lifecycle projects

. Use standard cost-estimating methods, templates, and documents

. Identify and coordinate human resource and material procurement needs

. Prepare prudent cost-value analyses

. Conduct risk assessments, value engineering, and cost control

. Analyze and estimate rates for various work activities related to the project

. Preparation of bar bending schedule

. Making and verify bills for sub-contractors

. Provide commercial advice and support to construction and development project works.

. Manage, administer and co-ordinate all types of construction and development projects, including contracts and sub-contracts, construction progress schedules, cost control systems, and work measurements.

. Good command of takeoff the qty infrastructure (road projects),Earthworks, unbound pavement, Asphalt works, Kerbs, Footways and paved areas,
