Manage and supervise the hiring and training process of maintenance technicians, concierge staff, security personnel, contractors, and vendors, and fill in for the Housekeeping Director as needed. Performance evaluations, scheduling, delegating work orders, and monitoring to ensure all repairs, projects, and inspections are performed efficiently and in a timely manner to ensure safety and meet or exceed company standards. Budget monthly expenses, and maintain records and receipts for all maintenance repairs, projects, unit turnovers, painting, plumbing, on-call emergencies, and upkeep of facility grounds.
Duties include picking and packing within a warehouse; inspecting goods efficiently and timely for damage, and preparing for shipping utilizing appropriate packing to protect from damage during shipment. Assembled customer orders from stock for a correct labeling check for accuracy. Perform any task assigned by the team lead or manager.
