To be in regular contact with the customer with latest fashions and also her upcoming trips and events. When having conversations with

the customer she mentioned a trip overseas for a special wedding or such event and the wardrobe she would need for such an occasion.

Also advising when a certain outfit would be available which I would communicate to her. Also if a customer called for a certain item which

was not available in the store, I would do my utmost to find the item from another store using the Locate system.
