  • I work for a program called 'Whole Care'. We help patients in our community with complex situations in life.
  • I work with a great addiction medicine team.
  • I mostly check in patients and make appointments as well as making sure they get their next appointment scheduled.
  • I also had learned to go above and beyond my role to help patients switch insurances to get in network with our clinic.
  • I answer incoming calls from patients and community partners to help them with any questions or requests they need.
  • In our program getting ROIs or any communication forms are really important so we are able to get in contact or receive/send records with any outside facilities our patients are being seen at.
  • I book rides such as Ubers and Hopelink to help patients get to their appointments in clinic or specialty clinics.
  • I make sure to write down data and track everything with knowing which patients qualify for rides, how many have received bus tickets, how many gas cards were given to a patient and tracking Uber rides.
  • I take care of the inbox and appointment requests daily.
  • I work on a referral sheet that gets added daily from one of our community partners We Care. They send us patients who are needing our care.
  • On top of Whole care duties, I am also in charge of doing PSR2 duties such as billing and claim edits.
  • I manage schedules and patient requests for primary care for a behavioral health provider and a psychiatric provider.

  • I was a Patient Care Coordinator that took care of all the phone calls and scheduling.
  • I took payments, checked insurances and also had to manage faxes.
  • I also started to train as a Vision Therapist Assistant.
  • Our clinic provides vision therapy after being evaluated for a Functional Vision Evaluation.
  • I help patients who have functional vision concerns in their eye and help them to be able to adjust better to their daily lives.
  • We would take field trips to elementary school districts.
  • We would target districts that had a high percentage of children who have not ever had an eye exam, and able to afford exams and/or glasses.
  • We worked really well with Medicaid programs to be able to provide free glasses to children.
  • As a Vision Therapist Assistant I was able to learn to help children who had eye concerns related to special needs, learning disabilities, dyslexia, lazy eye and ADD/ADHD.

  • I started off as an associate learning how to throw and/or run Walmart equipment from the trailers to their destination.
  • I was then given a great opportunity to move up as a Dock Clerk and caught up quick with the role.
  • I take care of any problems labels and also all of the shipping and receiving that needed to be done for the 10 hour shifts every day.
  • I had to make sure the trailers have the correct equipment and correct quantity.
  • We would get flagged if we weren't making sure labels were being created for the correct trailer of the supplies that were being sent out.
  • I had to be really great at math to add all the quantity of supplies in each trailer for the day when we would finish up reports.

  • As an Inspector I would have to document results of each inspection of a room and make sure each room was stocked and clean entirely.
  • Every morning as an opener I would have to assign rooms accordingly to who would show up to work that day.
  • I had to make sure staff was cleaning each room in a timely matter and if anyone needed help, I would have to coordinate who would be able to get extra rooms depending on the day.
  • I would collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address any facility issues.
  • I had to manage customer complaints and fix any issues to complete satisfaction.
  • I was in charge of making orders for the hotel housekeeping staff to make sure we had all the supplies needed to clean and also to stock up the rooms.
  • I would have to be the last one to leave to make sure all the housekeeping completed their jobs so I can report at the end of the day.
  • There would be some days where we would be short staffed so I would jump in to help housekeeping when needed to make sure we all finished in a timely manner for the next check in.

  • I would have to assign lunches and breaks between 15 housekeeping staff and be able to make sure to meet the teams' requests.
  • I would open and close daily to create schedules and report end of the day to the housekeeping manager.
