Fix & flip and build 11 homes between 2008 and 2023.


Actively involved in the design and project management of building multiple homes; from site preparation, discussions with architects, plan reviews, material selection, sub-contractors bidding and planning, on-site supervision during construction as well as financial planning for our own homes which is greatly relevant to this position.


Subsequently, I also performed the same activities for flipping homes which brought a different layer of
complexity with the material selection and design to maximize the ROI while adopting the popular
trends.


I always take pride in the homes we build or renovated and this was most often what brought me joy in
life.
