Certified Bartender

This a 100 hour, self paced course broken down by seven lessons. You complete each course by making various sets of 12 drinks in a six minute time frame. You begin by watching a demonstration by one of the instructors, and then by practicing behind the bar yourself. There is also a written and oral element to the course that requires you memorize and maintain the knowledge of each lesson as you go.
