Project Experience

Design and Selection of Material Course Project on "The Transonic Truss Braced Wing." NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) and Boeing have announced a partnership to usher in the next generation of airlines. As part of the Subsonic Ultra Green Aircraft Research (SUGAR) program, the headline concept features a full-size narrowbody aircraft equipped with Transonic Truss-Braced wings (TTBW).
