I ran a Marketing Company of independent contractors for D2D B2B sales in the industry of gas and electricity deregulation in MD, DC and NJ. I conduct daily interviews five days a week and interviewed over 4,000 people.

Managed teams of 10-20 people on average six days a week with outdoor sales and marketing. I conducted territory training, transported sales teams in communities for door to door sales in energy deregulation. I was also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles. I assisted in recruiting new hires, daily sales reports and company financial overviews.

My role as a in school coordinator was to provide case management , tracking academic achievement, attendance, social development, and a career path towards becoming a positive contributing citizen.

I was responsible for overseeing and organizing fitness programs and activities within a gymnasium and fitness facility. My role was to ensure smooth operations, promote a positive environment and be involved in membership growth. I organized and ran mens, women's and children's basketball leagues, as well as weekend midnight leagues to help troubled youth to stay off the streets and have a safe place to be to help within the community.
