Summary

I am an enthusiastic and energetic Lead Teacher who has been with Gretchen's House for just over 10 years, with lots of experience and knowledge in early childhood education gained during that time. I am passionate about child development, and I believe that supporting the children in the classroom starts with a solid and supportive teaching team. I have guided many teachers in best practices to support children, both through in classroom coaching and presenting. Guiding a classroom also means supporting teacher to teacher relationships to create a safe, optimal space for child growth. During my time at Gretchen's House I have become HighScope Certified and in 2016 received Gretchen's House Teacher of the Year.
