Summary

My job as a medical billing collector has given me the experience needed to be sensitive, yet efficient, in the work place. I have excellent phone skills and I also feel very secure in my ability to handle multiple lines at a time. I have proven that I can manage several major accounts with accuracy and with positive profits at the end of each billing cycle.

Having taught in a preschool for 6 years, an elementary school for 3 years and coming from a very large family, I have an incredible amount of experience and expertise in the categories of: patience, understanding, sympathy, generosity and excelling in high stress environments. I can simultaneously accommodate different needs, all while putting the well-being and feelings of others before my own.

Having worked with animals at a boarding and grooming facility, as well as volunteering at my local animal shelter, I believe that I possess a level of compassion and sympathy that is paramount in any line of work.

While working at a bakery, I was the first point of contact for every customer that came in. There was a very high volume of supplies, merchandise and customer presence. This job further highlighted, complimented and crafted my abilities to multitask efficiently while remaining pleasant and focused. I was able to provide information to customers about all of our products, fill their orders, cash them out and keep the front dining room area tidy. I was also able to facilitate in commercial orders and stocking.

As a personal assistant, I was able to attend to general daily tasks, as well as specific tasks needed by an individual person. I facilitated in transportation, running errands, household management, making appointments and caring for two amazing cats.

I am a genuine, upbeat 'people person' who is eager to make a positive impact on my new place of employment. While many applicants are just trying to find a job, my intent is to build a career.
