I work at sports games on campus doing a variety of tasks such as taking photos, doing scoreboard, running the film, doing statistics, and social media.

I operated ticketing systems and managed cash transactions efficiently. I also provided warm and welcoming customer service to enhance guest experience during movie screenings. I cleaned theatres after showings to prepare a clean environment for the next guests. I assisted in training new staff on operational procedures and customer service standards. I engaged with customers at the ticket and concessions counters, and at special events, to enhance their movie experience.

I organized group games and outdoor activities, enhancing campers' physical fitness and social skills. I also supervised daily camp operations, ensuring both safety and fun was being accomplished simultaneously. I developed positive relationships with campers, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone there.

I greeted customers as they came in and processed customer transactions and questions. I also maintained cleanliness in the restaurant making it a clean and welcoming environment. I used problem solving skills to resolve any customer complaints and collaborated with my coworkers to be as time efficient as possible for the customer.
