* Support companies on all steps of a Disability Inclusion Program Implementation. I do this by Initiating Planning, and being the connection between internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project is addressing all company's needs on the inclusion Journey.
* Sourcing and Hiring successful candidates.
*Coordinating with local agencies, employment service providers, and academic institutions to connect nontraditional job seekers to company.
*Connect employees with disabilities to resource and accommodations necessary to ensure their issues.
*Build an organizational capacity to on board, train,and support employees with disabilities.
*Developed the company's understanding of applicant strengths, needs,and area for growth.
*Track measure and analyzed key success metrics and report it back to team members.
* Collaborate with JEC to ensure successful implementation of the program.
*Lead update meetings with client and JEC Team to report success and challenges.
