Twenty-four (25) years of experience as engineering consultant (with Zuhair Faiz Consultants) and 6 years' experience with Carrier Air Conditioning Corporation. Worked as MEP lead engineer to coordinate between mechanical, electrical, architects, civil and other disciplines to tackle interfaces at early stage in achieving smooth work progress. Experienced in functional communication, organizational and analytical skills to motivate the Project engineering team. Responsible for design matters and execution of complex and high-tech construction projects from inception to completion, including testing and commissioning of systems and equipment and final handover. Diversified mechanical engineering experience related to the Construction Industry, including systems and equipment related to HVAC, District cooling, Heat exchangers, BMS, Firefighting, Plumbing, WTP, Irrigation, External Works. Working knowledge of international and national standards and engineering codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA, UPC, SMACNA, ASTM (including but not limited to BPVC (Boilers and Pressure Vessels Codes), ARI, DIN, BS, SASO etc. Self-directed Work Study Student motivated to apply education and experience in job role.
