Ensure that the stated activities of Branch Operations, i.e., counter services (i.e., supervision of cash receipts/payments, sanctions screening, ATM management, and timely replenishment), account opening, cheque book issuance and delivery, processing of ATM card issuance requests, processing of CDR and TDR applications, processing of account maintenance activities, issuance and operations of lockers, and provision of customer statements to customers. Issuance, liquidation, and cancellation of Banker's Cheques and other payment instruments. Job needs to ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with prescribed rules and regulations of the Bank to avoid any operational, reputational risk, and audit observations.
