As an Educator, it is my priority to educate all guests on the features and function of each product, as well as the culture and community of lululemon. Some aspects to my role include:

• Providing detailed product education to all guests in store and via phone.
• Providing great guest experience to all guests through maintaining high communication, attending to their needs, and giving personalized shopping experiences.
• Collaborating with team members to complete tasks efficiently while sticking to our daily roles.
• Training and mentoring new and seasoned team members.

• Built proficiency in all areas, including customer service, children's department, and as cashier.
• Organized shipments and shelving to support in visual merchandising.
• Handled cash transactions efficiently while adhering to company cash handling policies, ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges.
• Built relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and provided personal shopping experiences.
