Serve as the Product Owner for Kronos Time & Attendance solution, acting as the point of contact for those offices that have rolled out Kronos in their region. Focusing on enhancements that may be included in future releases, how and when improvements can be delivered to the business.
Manage any further rollout of Kronos from a functional & technical perspective, including managing the activities of local HR, and the Kronos project team. This also includes managing the vendor to secure external project resources to manage the build and any integration activities for any future rollouts. Increase firm development opportunities through investment already made in Kronos, by ensuring the platform is current, up to date, and supported under current service level agreements.
Serving as the Project manager and functional lead of the Global implementation of the Kronos Dimensions platform. Communicate with Kronos solutions consultants and internal Kronos users and Ensure policy requirements for a system build.
